README! Rules of the board.

We ask people to use their common sense when posting stories and not let their tales act as spoilers.

To ensure this we ask you to please follow the following simple rules about posting stories to the board.

1. Do not post 'battle logs'.
2 .Don't reveal locations, fighting capabilities of creatures or the items they drop. This includes spells they know or resist, and the damage they do.

We ask people to be more creative when they're telling a story or describing a tough fight.

Anybody who breaks these restrictions will have their post deleted. Persistant offenders will be banned from the BB.

Where possible stories should be written from the first-person perspective.

Stories from other perspectives are less likely to be considered toward roleplay as they're a description of a scenario, not a process of acting it through from the characters point of view.

That's not to say that stories written from other perspectives are "wrong", some have been written very well that have been very entertaining, it is simply that such stories are less likely to be rewarded for their roleplay content.
