quest items

when we pick up a quest item its impossible to get it twice.. will take the example of the mithril war hammer.. take that.. trade.. can't have anymore, why not "when the quest is done" allow to take the item but loses all properties related to quest.. so even if the player give away this item, the other player will still have to do this quest later on his own. could be interesting to collect some of them.. *thinks about books*
