It depends how closely we are looking. At one level we can see only what a normal player would see, then there are various levels of "listening" to the point where we can see everything you type.

I think Melodor's explanation was quite clear. The only private thing you have in the game (should they feel sufficient need to investigate your activities *cringe*) are your thoughts.

Rumours that even this will be remedied in the next release have been hotly denied.
