Sometimes, while playing with my thief, and i need to flee (which i do very often due my tactics) i see the line that i'm scared going to the ...., and most of the time that's the place where my enemy is. Then i like it, but when i killed my enemy, and attack another, sometimes i'm still scared of that place.

example:
attacking my enemy.. i try to flee:
Scared of going south!
You failed to escape!

Can't there be a command which deleteds all the scared rooms for a person or something like that?

Agreed. This has been discussed but the "scared" code is a part that is left over from old mordor - consequently it's a horrible mess and hard to get at. It's on Shihan's list, though, somewhere...
