Social commands that last longer

Now we have social commands that last only for the moment that you typed them. I've been thinking and thought that longer social commands would be nice. Just like resting when others see the message that you are resting.
For example:
Lean <name of what you want to lean against..in this case tree>
You see:
You lean against a tree.
Others see when they look at you:
You see Ghandi.
Currently leaning against a tree.
Maybe you could even make combo's. Example: lean tree; enjoy weather
You see: You lean against a tree. You enjoy the weather.
Others:
You see Ghandi.
Currently leaning against a tree enjoying the weather.
Of course you can do such things with emotes, but only others who are in the same room see this. Now others who enter the room will see it as well and seeing the text in text makes it, in my eyes that is, more alive than an emote.
Maybe current social commands can be used for longer periods as well.
Dance, sing, laugh would be nice examples which could last longer.
