I started playing because my friend introduced me to LoS.

I enjoy my time here (even though i have the 'level 6 block' that keeps me from levelling up to level 7).

I haven't been here in a while. Can someone direct me to the IRC information?

LOS on IRC is dead

Just thought that I'd put a couple of myths to bed here, as well as potentially give some of you some good news to do with this.

The reaper that harvests the souls of characters who've fallen by the way-side takes longer to reap characters that are higher levels. Indeed, 30 days before being reaped only applies to fairly small characters. Higher level characters may take up to 60 or even 90 days to be harvested by the reaper's scythe.

We've just taken a few steps to be nicer too, and made it that characters with a +ve roleplay rating aren't anywhere near as susceptible to the reaper... The reaper's pretty annoyed with us for doing this and is worried that if everybody roleplays too much, he'll have to hang up his scythe.

A few characters with positive roleplay ratings who had found themselves reaped have been miraculously brought back to life too...

The rituals to do this were sadly not perfect though, and unfortunately these resurrected characters may find themselves a little less powerful than they were in their final moments...
